We are Mandate to the refinery and will be ready to take your orders if you are interested in buying any of our company&＃39;s products,Our procedure doesn&＃39;t require any Upfront payment , see below-PROCEDURE (Non-Negotiable)1.Buyer sends ICPO to the Seller.2.Seller issues FCO Buyer . Buyer countersign and return FCO to Seller.3.Seller issues Draft Contract (Draft SPA) open for amendments. Then, Buyer signs and returns .to Seller.4.Both Buyer and Seller deposit contracts in their respective banks.5.Seller issues Pro-Forma Invoice for the first month�����liftable quantity.6.Buyer issues the Standby LC (MT103/23) Total amount for one month cargo.7.Seller�����Bank, upon receipt from Buyer�����bank of the MT103/23, replies by swifting FULL POP and 2% Performance Bond to Buyer�����Bank and/or any named assignee by means of a Prime Top 50 World Ranking Bank, guarantee Model ICC 458 as acceptable in writing by buyer. If the Seller fails to supply the product the 2% Performance Bond will be paid to buyer.8.After verification of POP, Buyer issues a MT103 money transfer to Seller�����Bank against title transfer.9.The SGS inspection will be borne by the Buyer at the loading port. 10.Delivery commences as per contract.Please write us on yurikuznetsovoil at gmail . com if you have any serious buyer who is ready to proceed .
